Kevin Trudeau HCG Diet - A Weight Loss Cure?
Kevin Trudeau's HCG weight loss menu and protocol found in his book "The Weight Loss Cure" is essentially the same as Dr. Simeons'. He only elaborated a bit and added more options to the diet and divided the weight loss program into specific phases, the better for dieters to monitor progress in their efforts to lose weight. He also added some activities which might help people undergoing the diet obtain better results faster and permanently. The hormone daily hormone absorption and the 500 calorie a day diet still are the primary methods for shedding excess weight.
There are four (4) phases in Trudeau's weight loss cure. The first phase covering the first month of the cure is designed to cleanse the body of accumulated impurities and ready it for the second phase diet. He identified options to the original HCG diet found in Dr. Simeons' book "Pounds and Inches" and added supplements to make the diet work more efficiently. Besides readying the dieter for phase 2, phase 1 is also intended to address the root causes of obesity which should help dieters maintain gains after the program.
Drinking "clean" water (mineral or distilled) up to a half- gallon a day, walking for an hour a day at a slow and steady phase, getting a lot of sun, eating six times a day with lots of vegetables thrown in, generally avoiding foods and products that contain harmful chemicals and a host of other to do's are essentially what are required for phase 1.
Trudeau's phase 2 is exactly the same as the Dr. Simeons. The daily absorption of HCG (125 iu a day) starts this phase. The first three days are spent on eating foods rich in calories for the purpose of stocking up the body with fats to provide it with ample source of energy for the calorie starved diet. The 500 a day diet (see original diet menu of Dr. Simeon) should a minimum of 21 to a maximum of 45 days. This diet will extend to another three days after the last HCG intake.
This phase is part of Dr. Simeons' original diet plan is as important as phase 2. It is the point where the metabolic process is set on a high rate of efficiency and constant hunger fangs and fat storing is permanently eliminated. This phase covers 21 days. Generally, dieters are not allowed sugars, starch, fast foods and trans fats. Half to one gallon of water and an hour walk a day are recommended. The phase 4 diet is the maintenance diet. You can eat anything you want and as much as you want (up to six times a day) in small helpings. It demands only one thing; that you eat 100% organic and make the walking routine or some form of exercise a permanent habit. With you metabolism adjusted to a high rate and your eating habits changed for the better, you should gain weight for the rest of your life.
