C. Flat Belly Exercise Routine to Strip Away Fat
If you want a flat belly and are doing 500 sit ups a day and still have a gut you now realize that you are just wasting your time, energy and effort. This routine will have your stomach flat, tone and tight in no time. This program is a bit intense so you should check with your Doctor before starting this program just like you should do before beginning any exercise program.
This routine is the nuts and bolts of my exercise program and is my go to routine when my stomach starts to bulge a bit.
The only equipment you need is a kettle-bell or dumbbell and a pair of sneakers.
So here is the program:
- Run 100 yards
- 25 Kettle-bell or dumbbell swings with each arm
- Run 100 yards
- 25 Kettle-bell or dumbbell cleans with each arm
- Run 100 yards
- 25 Kettle-bell or dumbbell push jerks with each arm
- Run 100 yards
- 25 Kettle-bell or dumbbell clean and press with each arm
If you have the strength and endurance repeat the routine again.
So there you have it - my routine that I always fall back on when the stomach starts to bulge a bit.
Now make sure you get plenty of sleep usually at least 8 hours each night. You see, sleep is really necessary because that is when your body actually burns fat. So you can exercise all you want but if your body does not get enough sleep you will not burn fat and lose weight.
